My approach to yoga
My yoga classes are not about doing poses “beautifully", but about feeling and being present in your own body. The style is calm and accessible, with space to slow down and step out of the rush.
I guide you in a clear and simple way, without complicated language or unnecessary layers. The focus is on simplicity within the practice itself and on how you feel afterwards: lighter, more connected to yourself, and back in your own rhythm.
Returning to yourself
The most important thing is that you learn to feel what is happening within you, without immediately needing to do anything with it. After a class, I want you to not only feel relaxed, but also more present in your body and calmer in your mind.
That you notice how slowing down remains possible, even when life around you is busy. It’s not about performance or results, but about the ability to keep returning to yourself again and again.
